An explosion and fire at a West Chester business that injured three people Thursday night was intentionally set, police told 9News Friday morning.Investigators are looking into the possibility that the arson was a hate crime, because the business is owned by a Jordanian family.Thursday night's act is the fourth act of vandalism at Steak Thyme Subs on Princeton-Glendale Road in the past month.
